Nearly four decades later their Legacy continues through a partnership with their General Manager and now Owner, Bryan Foster.
Building on their established success, Shore Catering has become the premier Off-Premise Catering Company at the Jersey Shore.


Mostly retired, they continue to help lead the company forward. They enjoy sailing and spending time with their family: Julie, Sara, and their grandchildren.

A foundational part of Shore Catering, Sue has been with us for the last 16 years. She is focused on banking, bookkeeping, and customer service.

As bubbly as her name suggests, Summer has advanced from a part-time server to a superstar event coordinator. Her expertise, care and compassion make planning your event a breeze.

Practically raised by Shore Catering, Isidro has worked for the company since the age of 16 and now has over 25 years of experience. As Chef de Cuisine, he embraces the challenge and culinary creativity required for our menus and catering volume.

A culinary artist with a flair for garnish and fruit, Arnulfo began his culinary career as one of the best at Outback Steakhouse. He transitioned from a part-time chef to a culinary leader with over 18 years of commitment to Shore Catering.

For the past six years, Raul has been continuing to learn and refine his culinary skills. He also has experience in an Italian fine dining restaurant.

His first job began with some odds and ends at Shore Catering, and he thankfully never left. He is now responsible for all of our event equipment, vehicles, logistics, and deliveries.

Her attention to detail and tireless work ethic for our customers stood out from the start. She brought her Southern charm to Shore Catering during COVID, after transitioning from working for a few businesses and the FAA.

She began her career with Shore Catering as a child still in high school. Now a full-time teacher and mother, she is still committed to the growth of our company and customers.
The rest of our team is made up of an additional 30 or more part- and full-time employees dedicated to the Shore Catering Experience. They continually hone their craft to provide our customers with the best food and service.
