Booking Process
1. Contact us to discuss details about your event and check date availability.
2. Provide the menu and/or package, service, location, timeline, anticipated guest count, and any other important details.
3. Review our proposal of service via email.
4. Provide an E-Signature and a deposit to reserve your spot on our calendar
5. Relax – you are in great hands and we allow changes to the menu, guest count, etc are not due until 1 week prior. (2 for a wedding)
