Planning an event can be difficult and stressful. So many decisions you may not know where to begin…
Before contacting Shore Catering, consider the following:
Date & Time
Do you have an exact date or can you be flexible. If the date is a holiday or a Saturday in the summer it will affect our availability.
Guest List
You will have time to finalize once you get your RSVPs in, but an approximate range will help begin the process.
Venue
Do you plan on having in your house or back yard? Do you know of a venue/hall that would be perfect? Would you like Shore Catering to recommend one of the many unique properties we cater at? Will you need rentals?
Budget
This will help us get started and determine what catering services are appropriate for your event. An approximate idea per guest or overall budget of what you would like to spend for your event.
Menu & Theme
What is your vision for your event? Is it a corporate luncheon or an open house cocktail party? Would you like a full service, or delivery where we setup a buffet, or do you have something unique in mind?

- We will contact you approximately 10 days prior to finalize details
- Guest count changes
- Menu changes
- Location changes
- Timeline changes
- We require a finalized proposal with all details and menu selections one week prior to help us with scheduling and food preparation to ensure you event runs smoothly
