Package includes a trained chef & server, commercial cooking equipment, displayed buffet tables w/ blue checkered linens, pop-up tent over buffet, and buffet equipment.
Staff will arrive 1.5 hours ahead of the buffet opening to unloaad, set up, and cook. Beginning with a grazing table and passed hors d’oeuvres. Then the staff will open up the buffet.
